For admission or renewal to the University, foreigners and stateless persons must submit the following documents (translated into Ukrainian with a notary confirmation):

1. the original and a copy of the invitation to study at CPU (or the original of the no-objection letter from another educational institution of Ukraine, according to the invitation of which a foreign citizen came to study in Ukraine);
2. the questionnaire of the due application (filled in CPU);
3. a statement of the application (filled in CPU);
4. a valid passport with a "D" visa and a copy of all completed passport pages, for countries with a visa-free regime - copies of all pages of the passport, in 3 copies with notary confirmation;
5. a notarized translation of the foreign passport into the Ukrainian language (its original and 3 copies);
6. the original of the document on complete secondary education or basic higher education, as well as annexes to the document on education, which contains information on the success of the educational disciplines;
7. a notarized translation of the document on education and its annex to the Ukrainian language (original and copy);
8. certificate of graduation from the preparatory department for foreign citizens of higher educational institutions of Ukraine and its copy (if available);
9. an agreement on voluntary medical insurance of foreigners temporarily staying on the territory of Ukraine (issued on the territory of Ukraine);
10. the insurance agreement on liability for the reimbursement of expenses related to the execution of the decision on the expulsion of a foreign citizen from the territory of Ukraine (issued on the territory of Ukraine);
11. 12 photographs (size of 3.5 x 4.5 cm)
