For execution of a temporary residence permit, foreigners and stateless persons must submit the following documents

the original of the notarized translation of the passport document into the Ukrainian language (for example, if the entries in the passport are in 2 languages, then the translation must be from 2 languages - "translation from Arabic to English into Ukrainian", "translation from Azeri to English into Ukrainian "), (3 copies of the notarized translation).
copies of the completed passport pages: with personal data, with a visa, with a border crossing note (or original and a copy of the immigration card), with a note on the validity of the passport, note on the existence of a temporary residence permit, for countries with a visa-free regime - copies of all pages of the passport (3 copies).
a valid health insurance certificate and 3 copies of it.
an agreement on voluntary insurance of a foreigner's liability for the compensation of material damage for expulsion for 1 year and 3 copies thereof.
12 photographs in the size of 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
the order for settlement in the hostel (issued by the directorate of the campus on the basis of a certificate from the Sector on Working with Foreign Citizens of the Department for International Relations at CPU after the signing of an order on enrolment for study).
receipts for payment: State duty; execution and issuance of a temporary residence permit; State duty for registration of the residence place.
