1. a passport document of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person (is returned upon presentation), a copy of its pages with personal data, a visa (if available) and a mark on registration and / or a copy of the immigration card (if available);
2. translation into Ukrainian of the passport document pages of a foreigner or a document certifying a stateless person with personal data certified in accordance with the procedure established by law notarized copy;
3. the passport document of the head of the legal entity that is the host party and / or the authorized person (is returned upon presentation) and a copy of its pages with the personal data;
4. a copy of the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
5. a copy of the administrative document (order, extract from the protocol, instructions, etc.) on the appointment of employees who are responsible for the execution of documents for foreigners and stateless persons, certified in accordance with the procedure established by law;
6. a document confirming the availability of financial support to cover the costs associated with the stay of a foreigner and a stateless person on the territory of Ukraine, or a letter of guarantee from the host party on the assumption of obligations to pay all costs associated with the stay of a foreigner and stateless persons on the territory of Ukraine and their departure from Ukraine;
7. a document on the right of ownership or a certificate on state registration of ownership of a legal entity for housing, which is provided to a foreigner and stateless person to stay (is returned upon presentation), and its copy, and in the case when the housing does not belong to the receiving party, - written consent of the owner (co-owner) of the housing or a person authorized by him;
8. four photos of a foreigner and stateless persons of 3.5 x 4.5 cm;
9. a receipt for payment of the state duty for the extension of the term of stay or a document confirming the availability of benefits for payment.

If available, copies and the originals of the following documents are submitted:

- permit for temporary residence in Ukraine, a permit for immigration to Ukraine, a diplomatic card of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine or another document on the right of stay in Ukraine;

- a tax authority's certificate on the acquisition of a taxpayer's registration card number.

Birth certificate, education and medical documents, issued abroad, must be certified and legalized in the established manner, unless otherwise is stipulated by international agreements of Ukraine.  Citizens of the member countries to the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (The Hague, 1961) with the apostille on it are free from the legalization of these documents. Documents issued by the member countries to the Convention on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil, Family and Criminal Matters (Minsk, 1993) do not require legalization and apostille.

All documents issued in foreign countries are submitted with officiall notarized certified translation into Ukrainian.

Other copies of documents are submitted by the candidate if it is caused by the special conditions of enrolment in the relevant specialties (educational programs) established by the legislation, in the terms specified for acceptance of documents, for acceptance by the Admissions Committee of the decision on the recommendation of the entrants to enrolment.

When admitting the persons to study who submit a document on the degree (level) of education acquired abroad (hereinafter referred to as the Document), there is a  procedure for recognizing and establishing the equivalence of the Document, which is carried out in accordance with the Procedure for Recognition of Higher Education Degree in Foreign Higher Educational Institutions , approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 504 dated May 5, 2015, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine  No. 614 / 27059 on June 27, 2015. The procedure for recognition of the Document in order to continue education is carried out by national enterprise "Information and Image Center" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine before the second semester of the first year of study of its owner.
